Produced by an Antique Italian Distillery, each batch of our gin is made using a combination of traditional and innovative

methods: from an old Italian copper pot still – used to distill

local liqueur and grappa – to a state-of-the-art technology that

produces vacuum distillation preserving the aromas from our

most delicate botanicals.
