Sunday nights are no longer for winding down – they’re for turning up. On April 27th, we lit up for the fourth edition of Liquid Sounds Sundays – and trust us, it was nothing short of spectacular.
This week’s sonic journey began with warm-up DJ PATSTRO, whose smooth, melodic house set was the perfect spark to kick off the night. Known for his deep and soulful grooves, he set the tone with a mix that invited everyone to ease into the vibe, cocktail in hand, surrounded by friends old and new.
Then came the headliner: DJ CYNTHIA, one of Beirut’s rising stars in the underground electronic scene, delivered a magnetic mix of progressive house and melodic techno that pulled the crowd into a state of pure euphoria. Her set was deep, raw, and hypnotic – creating a pulse you could feel in your bones. As the lights dimmed and the beats intensified, the dance floor turned into a world of its own.
Behind the bar, we had a true artist in action: Paschalis Peristerakis, owner of Parrot’s Beak in Greece (ranked No.15 in the country for 2024), brought his sustainable cocktail philosophy straight to Beirut.
Every drink told a story, from the floral Black Square to the punchy Chilli Paloma. Crafted with zero-waste techniques and locally inspired flavors, Paschalis’ creations didn’t just taste good—they felt good. Each cocktail was a moment, and guests kept coming back for more.
Crowd favorite dishes such as like the Prime Beef Bourbon Sliders and Chicken Hibiki Katsu Sliders made rounds at every table, while the “Party Perfect Platters” kept groups happily snacking between dance breaks.
Liquid Sounds Sunday Vol. 4 proved once again why this weekly ritual is becoming the place to be. With a new guest bartender every week, fresh DJ sets, and unforgettable dishes, each Sunday is an entirely new vibe waiting to be discovered.
