The Generous Collins is the physical manifestation of this bucolic dream. More importantly, this cocktail tastes exceptionally good.
Recipe:
5 cl Generous Gin
2.5 cl Lemon Juice
2.5 cl of Cider
Top with Three Cents Ginger Beer
Method:
1/ Combine all ingredients in a highball (long and narrow glass) filled with cubed ice.
2/ Lightly stir and serve.
3/ Garnish with a thin slice of apple.
