Recipe:
4 cl Generous Gin
10 cl Three Cents Tonic Water
2/3 Fresh basil leaves
4 Pinkberries
4 Himalayan salt crystals (or pepper)
Method:
1/ Make the cocktail directly in the glass.
2/ Pour berries and basil leaves slightly crumpled then add ice, gin and tonic.
3/ Add Himalayan salt crystals with ice.
Tip: Replace the crystals with white pepper or ground black pepper
