Recipe:
5cl Prohibition
1.5cl fresh lemon juice
1cl ginger syrup
0.7cl honey
Ginger Ale
1/8 pear slice
Method:
In a mixing glass add the pear slice, lemon juice, honey and ginger syrup
Muddle (mash!) the ingredients together
Add the Prohibition and stir
Strain into a mug
Serve up with your leftover pear slices
Garnish: Top with ginger ale
