Portofino Basilico Smash

Introducing the Basilico Smash, a tribute to Ligurian flavors infused with the character of Portofino Dry Gin.

Just like the fragrant basil that dances in the coastal breeze of Liguria, this cocktail captures the essence of the region in every sip.

Recipe:

40 ml Portofino Dry Gin

30 ml Lemon juice (fresh)

20 ml Agave nectar (Marie Brizard)

5/6 Fresh basil leaves

Method:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and give it a hard shake.

Strain into an old fashion glass and garnish with a basil leaves.
