Recipe:
1 part LEJAY Cassis
2 parts Gibson’s Gin
1 part Fresh lemon juice
1/2 part Sugar syrup
Method:
Shake, filter and serve in an old-fashioned glass full of crushed ice. Gently stir 1,5cl of LEJAY Cassis on top .
Garnish: Garnish with a wedge of lemon or fresh fruits. Add 2 small straws.
