Recipe:
1 part LEJAY Cassis
2 parts Chopin Vodka
1 part Pineapple juice
1/4 parts Fresh lemon juice
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake, filter and serve in a Martini glass.
Garnish: Garnish with a lemon zest and/ or a pineapple slice.
