Recipe:
5cl Angostura Reserva White Rum
10 Mint Leaves
2cl Fresh Lime Juice
2cl Simple Syrup
Ginger beer
Method:
Lace all ingredients in a highball glass.
Muddle mint gently to extract flavour.
Add some crushed ice.
Gently stir the drink and top up with mint leaves.
